Appointments
Arriving late will deprive you of treatment time. Although we aim to complete your treatments within the allotted time scheduled, being late more than 10 minutes could result in rescheduling. Please consult our cancellation policy for details on our fees.
Cancelation
Blush Med Spa has a 24 hour Cancellation / No Show Policy to respect our providers’ time and allow guests to book appropriately. Any appointment that no shows and/or cancels within 24 hours will have a $50 fee associated to their account prior to the next booking.
No Show or Late
If a client has no shown or canceled 3 times, client will then be required to prepay for future services at time of booking. The amount pre-paid for is nonrefundable if the policy is violated. If appointment is rescheduled prior to 24 hours of the appointment time, the amount paid will be credited for future services.
We respect our Providers’ time as they are booked. Last-minute cancellations do not allow us time book others on the waitlist. We appreciate your understanding of our cancellation policy. This will allow us to continue to provide the highest quality service for you as well as valuing our providers time
By scheduling an appointment, you are agreeing to our cancellation/no-show policy.
Refunds
We do not offer refunds on any services. Aesthetic results are variable and individual by person. Outcomes cannot be guaranteed. Clients are responsible for additional treatments needed to achieve desired results.
We do not offer refunds on products purchased. Defective products may be exchanged within 14 days for the same product only.
No refund on Gift Certificates purchases.
Children/Pets
As a mom, I love children and pets, however, we ask that you please make child care arrangements prior to your appointment. Yours and your Childrens safety is of upmost importance. This ensures your children are safe as well as an environment that is relaxing for all clients.
